How long is a CBT valid for?
A CBT is valid for 2 years.

How long does it take to complete the CBT?
The training takes 1 day.

Can I use a foreign licence to take Compulsory Basic Training?
No. You must either obtain a UK provisional, or, if you hold an EU licence, obtain a UK counterpart licence.

What if I turn up late for the CBT?
STUDENTS MUST ARRIVE ON SITE 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE START TIME OF THEIR TRAINING. FOR EXAMPLE: A 9:00AM START REQUIRES STUDENTS TO ARRIVE BY 8:45 AM. TRAINING STARTS PROMPTLY UNLESS OTHERWISE ADVISED. FAILURE TO ADHERE TO THIS WILL RESULT IN THE LOSS OF THE TRAINING OR TEST BOOKED FOR THE DAY AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE.

What is the refund policy?
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE MADE UNLESS 7 DAYS NOTICE IS GIVEN. IF LESS THAN 7 DAYS NOTICE IS GIVEN, REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE AUTHORISED IF THE TRAINING SLOT CAN BE RESOLD.

Where do I book the Theory test?
London Bike Training can book your Theory Test on your behalf but you can also book direct with the DVLA online or by calling 0300 200 11 22.

Is there any parking?
There is a limited amount of on-site parking.
